Definately a movie, Yeah im sure you miss out on a ton of detail in the book, but why read something that takes you 6 hours when you can get the jist of it in an hour and a half?

A book! I can not stress that enough! Every movie I've watched that was based of a book I read just grazes the awesomeness that was the book.

On the other hand books that are novelized from movies SUCK. haha no other way of saying it, it's basically like watching the movie scene for scene non of the great plot and character developers that original books have.

I say book because you get first hand knowledge that can't be seen in a movie. You can't tell what the characters are thinking or feeling.

I prefer the movie......however, imo, the book gets into more details than the movie.

the book most of the times--because its the authors original creation.the movies are artificial and dont interpret the basic idea behind the story

definitely the book...because words are much more powerful....and movie usually have many constraints and end up ignoring lots of details and stuff.....just look at Harry potter, Lord of the rings...and many others...
