I work as a behavior mentor in a school and today was the end of term, I have many bunches of flowers and chocs to show that what i do does make a difference but its the hand written cards from the kids that say it all.

Yup! I work in a small museum and I've been getting compliments left, right and centre about the quality of the exhibits and the museum in general!
