Ok well my parents have a password to log on the computer and ive been trying to figure it out but i cant so does anyone kno how i can get the password

Ask them, if they don't give it to you, there is probably a good reason...........:)

Give up trying to hack it.

Download a bootable cd version of linux and use that. Just don't forget and leave the cd in the optical drive. This works if the computer tries to boot off the cd first instead of the HDD.

You'll be using an operating system running in RAM.

If they have the BIOS set to ask for a password this won't work. There are workarounds for this, but I'm not familiar with them.

Boot linux form BIOS. Snag syskey and sam file. Decode sam with syskey. Pull hashes. Crack.
