If you have a heating pad, use that on your lower abdomin. To ease your cramps in the future, consider an abdominal workout 3 or 4 times a week. The stronger your stomach muscles are the less likely you are to have cramps.

try a heating pad on your stomach for about an hour or so if that doesn't help try to exercise a bit keep alternating it and if you hit midol-hate to say it but it can make cramps worse due to the caffeine in it. all else fails take a couple of shots that will definitely help with the pain for a while

try a warming bottle, drink a lot of water, ibuprofen works the best for me. I used to get such bad cramps that I even got fever and couldn't do anything at all. until I started working out regularly. I hope you will start feeling better.

best thing for some relief is a heating pad, just rest on that to soothe the aches, i've also heard cranberry juice is helpful that time of the month...but i get horrific cramps and i've always taken pamprin, it's the only medication i've found that helps. i know that it only comes in pills, but maybe you could talk to your local pharmacist about diluting it or something. good luck, feel better~

Try heat pads. They came out with some for period pain specifically. It's called Thermacare or domething like that. You can find it @ WalMart or a pharmacy. They're inexpensive too. Also, try to stay hydrated. If you're cold, that makes it worse. Wear socks if possible, or slippers. I hope this helps you.

Heating pads. Maybe drink some coffee or tea. You can get on all fours and stay in that position for a few moments...by letting your uterus hang in that position it can ease cramps/

Chocolate, especially dark chocolate can ease cramps. I don't know what medicine you used today but for future reference use either Aleve or Pamprin All Day Relief (blue pill).

Get a heating pad and lay it on you stomach that helps me! Or try taking a really hot bath if you don't have a heating pad. That can relax your muscles. Good Luck!
