Come on Hillary. How about we let the MILITARY run the war, and not a politician who has never seen a day of war in her life.

I'll tell you what. If Hillary spends just a month in Iraq, we can listen to her ideas about the war. Until then, her viewpoint is just as valid as mine: completely irrelevant. i don't know the situation in Iraq, I've never been there, so I let the Generals who have decide.

Anyone else find this amusing?

Politicians should NOT run wars.

Bush has taught us that very well.

Not funny, FRIGHTENING! She is already at odds with the Pentagon. She would be an absolute disaster as Commander-in-Chief. I wish anyone who is considering voting for this woman would seriously reconsider. The damage she would cause in four years to out military would be irreversible and occurring at one of the most dangerous periods in our history.

I find it HILLarious...even her inept husband can not help her with this one...because neither have ever had a pair of LPCs (Leather Personnel Carriers) on in their lives...at least Bush listens to his Generals and let them fight the war...last time politicians got involved in the execution phase of a war...we left...I say let the Military run the war, that is why they go to all those schools for...like Gen Ghap said, "...we will not win the war here, but we will win in the streets of America...": this is paraphrased of course...

Politicians always tell the military how and when to fight wars. The military works for the government, dumbass.

BTW Hillary has spent more time in Iraq than the average repuke warmonger.

Its typical politicizing of an issue she is personally weak in (because she voted for it) and democrats as a whole are weak in- national defense. They are seen as soft on terror, communism, and dictatorships. But that perception IS reality.

I don't find it funny or amusing.

I find it insane!!

We're in deep doo-doo if the politicians start running the military.

I didn't know George was a General.

why is that funny? George Bush does it everyday! As we all know he didn't do diddly in the National Guard but drink, snort coke and go on daddy's campaign trail for him.

That's what I find amusing!

Not at all...

Please remember that we proudly run our country (and the military) by civilian rule (or did you sleep too much in civics class?)
