They sure look like it! The lone male will eat them. You need to separate them or at least provide them with some cover (plants and other decor) to hide from him!
Feed them "baby" food...

I have had Angels with this type of fish and with this size tank. Angels can be a lot of fun. They love to beg for food and follow you as you walk by. When they get especially large, then you will need to watch the size of the fish you add. This might mean you won't add any small Neons or Cardinals and you will understand that they will eat any baby fish that might be born in the tank, but most fish will do this. I also have Silver Dollars in my tank with my Angels, as well as Tetras. If you use the very fine, white silica sand, you will have a cleaner tank and it seems to help keep the PH where it needs to be, along with normal water changes. If your fish ever get sick, use Jungle Fungus Eliminator rather than the tank antibiotics. Angels are peaceful, unless they have laid eggs. In that case, they will guard their eggs. Try to choose healthy fish from a good source. Do not buy fish with reddened gills which means they have gill disease.

The fish is named for its five uniform, pigmented, horizontal blue stripes on the side of the body, all of which extend to the end of the caudal fin. Males are torpedo shaped and have gold stripes between the blue stripes; females have a larger, whitish belly and have silver stripes instead of gold. The zebrafish grows to 3.8 cm, lives for around 5 years, and produces 300-500 eggs per spawning. When the eggs hatched the female had died. The baby should be removed or the will be lunch. Feed them boiled egg yolk or liquid food.

Yes, they are babies. The clear things are the chorions which the babies will shed eventually. Put the babies in their own tank or else the adult will eat them.
To take care of the babies, keep their tank extra clean every day and make sure you clean out any of the dead babies. Feed them at regular 2 hour intervals throughout the day. If you have access to algae or cyanobacteria, that would be the best food for them. But if not, feed them a tiny, tiny, tiny pinch of flakes. Remember, if the water starts to cloud at all, it's time for a cleaning.

That is soo AWESOME!! I love breedin my fish! The first thing I would do is get a breeder net and put the father in it until the babies get a lil bigger. They will get eaten. Also, get some First Bites, and some plants for them to hide in. When they double in size you should be able to put the daddy back in the tank. If they look like they will fit in his mouth he will def eat them. HAVE FUN!

put real plants in your tank for them to hide and feed them with either "First Bites" or crash up your flakes to powder
They will grow much faster in the main tank
But if you have any other fish in there, please let us know
Hope that helps
Good luck
