Why do you get SPAM for using words like MORTGAGE and DEBT?

Seems like anyone who asks a CREDIT related question using certain buzzwords automatically receives a slew of SPAM in the Answers. Why is this?

Mostly because Yahoo Answer spam protection sucks. Even when you report these guys Yahoo does nothing about them. Even if they do something about the person, the guy usually just turns around and makes a new account and starts right up again.

Yahoo Answers is becoming a haven for scammers.
