im sorry to hear that your having a craping day! it will be ok. sometimes i feel that way to but i know i gotta do what life throws at me.
try to think of all the postive things you have in your life, dont say you dont have any cuz i know you do its hard to think of them when your not having a good day.
i ve learned to do this when im not having a good day i hope this helps you a lil
