I live in the UK $20 covers ONE meal at a pub and virtually nothing else .. A movie tickets more than that ... So I guess we'd go back to my place and eat the junk I have in my house and watch one movies I have ...

At a lake near here, they rent out row boats for like $8 for all day. Could rent one of those and row around the lake and fish and have a little picnic on the boat.

I would make up a picnic basket and go to the park. While partaking of the sumptuous yet inexpensive feast, I would unveil one red rose .

get a bottle of Jagermeister, come to my house and play what's called the "Dr. Phil Drinking game". Every time he used a word that's 4 syllables of more, you take a shot.

I would get take out food, grab a blanket and head to the beach for a nice cheap dinner, it would still be romantic though.
