No! I don't know where you got that from. By the way, there are no Yahoo Gods. Don't inflate their heads any larger than they are now.

It is called Philosophy of Religion, which, at its core, seeks to answer three basic questions: does God exist, do we have a soul, do we have free will. It does not debate which version of God is the right one, but rather the plain fact of existence. Once that is answered, then you can move on to more cloistered questions and the implications of those answers, such as what responsibility we have if we have (X amount) of free will. It would also be valid to ask: if we say for the sake of argument that the four gospels are essentially true, what would that mean for an individual's life. But to answer your question, god very much has a place in philosophy: would not the answer to the question of god's existence (or lack of) be worthy knowledge (true knowledge, not mere belief)? This is what philosophy is! And philosophy does not really seek empirical evidence. That's what science is for.

Nah, that's just Yahoo for you, they do that, they randomly harrass folks for no good reason. -_-

No, really...for example, the info in my account clearly has been set to prompt me for my password every two weeks. And yet, lately, I've been having to sign in at my account and elsewhere on Yahoo *two or three times a DAY* for no real reason.

Oh yeah, except that Yahoo keeps harrassing me over that Messenger 8.1 they want me to get. The glitchy Beta *you guys* here on Answers warned me away from by reporting that it's glitchy, sucky, has a *keystroke logger*, and is generally a big pain in the tush that is impossible to get rid of, once you *want to* get rid of it. ^_^

So yeah, now Yahoo, in retaliation, is forcing me to log in *multiple times* just to use the version of Messenger I have. If I try to log on with what I have....well, it gives me a login screen that is impossible to use courtesy of its *own* pop-up for Messenger 8.1.

Yeah, yeah, sorry, I know, it isn't on-topic anymore. -_- Sorry. I'm just saying, you're not the only one by any stretch. If this keeps up I am switching to Trillian. Count on it.

Thanks for your time.....and tell me if you find an ugly stick to beat Yahoo Inc. up with *that still works*, ok? ^_^
