Is there financial aid for real estate classes?

No usually not. You can go to a larger company and see if they are willing to sponsor you.

If they do, usually they will require you to sign an employment contract. Which means once you pass you have to work for them.

I've never seen any aid offered for the classes. They're not very expensive. If you can't afford the classes, you don't belong in real estate, since working in this field requires you to be able to live without a regular income.

I think that you can get financial aid to take classes to become a realtor. If you are taking classes to learn to buy and own real estate, I don't think so.

Possibly. Check with the school you are looking to attend. Some will offer student loans or paying per class vs. paying for all the classes at once. Also check with the broker you are looking to work for (in Ohio you must have a sponsoring broker to work as an sales agent), some larger companies may front you the money and take it out of your first commission. Some may reimburse you once you are working for them.
