It really depends on personal taste, but on a general level, man in general (since the dawn of time really) has gone for traits that are more feminine, which is usually longer hair. Straight vs Curly is another matter of personal taste, and usually makeup is not necessary, but helps.
Guys will think you're beautiful regardless of these details, but these details can improve your situation.

I prefer long hair be it straight or curled. As for makeup: It's ok for a woman to wear makup, she just shouldnt NEED makeup.

Long hair and little to no makeup. Makeup just makes women look like clowns, and short hair makes them look like boys. What guy wants that?

Truthfully, it really depends on what works for you If you like how your hair looks long, wear it long. If you don't, just cut it. just be comfortable in how you look. The only main guideline is that there IS such a thing as too much makeup....

personally. I like long hair (the longer the better), mostly straight (some waves), and a natural look.

I think men prefer long and curly but will say no to makeup when lots of eye makeup gets them every time.

Long and straight. Make up should only be applied lightly - make up which is obvious is unattractive.
