Not if you don't ask them to stop first. You need to follow the appropriate process for a hostile work environment. If the problem does not stop, you could then sue.

The first answer was almost spot on. You have to follow certain steps regarding working in a hostile work environment.
1- Ask the offending parties to stop (do this nicely).
2- If they do not stop report the accusations to your supervisor, regardless if this is also an offending person.
3-Go the next set up the chain, your supervisors boss.
4-Hire an attorney and report to the EEO about harassment discrimination based on your own religious beliefs, even if they are the same. You cannot be subjected to religious beliefs at the workplace without your consent.

There should be a written policy somewhere about the separation of church and state---I think it is not legal in some states to preach to employees about ANY religion or religious thing.... I'd talk to your supervisor and she or he should have a meeting to put an end to all the religious preaching in the office. I'm not against God or anything like that but the workplace is NO place to extoll your BELIEFS on others about God... in MOST places I think they have company policies against such practices---I know where I worked we were told right from the start it would not be tolerated---I worked in a State government office.

Sue for what? Talk to the boss and ask that the office chat not include politics or religion.

Only after you tell them that you are uncomfortable with it. Then you can go to your direct supervisor and each person above them in the chain of command. Only then can you sue.

Have to? Have you asked them to stop? There are several methods of resolving personal differences besides frivolous litigation.

You still could not sue.

I would prefer to see your testimony than hear your preaching.
