Do you mean literally, per vatum; or do you mean get them to agree with you? To get them to say what you say, simply ask them to repeat after you, or to say what you say. If you mean get them to agree with you, in many cases you will have to overcome what are known as objections. The best advice I can give at this time is to read some material on salesmanship, the art of selling. You have to sell them your ideas in order to get them to agree.

"How to win friends and influence people" the book by Carnegie... don't care who you are or what you do, it is a book for leaders that EVERYONE should read as an example of how to lead people effectively---- and read each chapter twice ;)
