So my friend is on perole...he wasn't aloud to see his ex...he's 17...he has gone to see her before, nd got caught...this would be the second time...the girl's father presed charges...he's woried that he may et locked up...can he get locked up?..or can it just be house arest?..♥♥♥

Yes your friend can be locked up if he is caught. I assume that the girl is under age also. The time for your friend to worry about whether or not he is going to be locked up is
BEFORE he did it. Now he just has to face the consequences
Only the judge will decide if he deserves house arrest. Good Luck.

If he was told to stay away from his ex, then he will be locked up.
Maybe he will learn his lesson and not go to his exes house.
