The bladder is a muscle... eventually it will spasm enough to force the pee out. The problem of infections is there but the biggest factor to keep in mind is the long term effects. Holding it for so long stretches the muscle and repeating this action over the years, when you get older the bladder muscle will be so stretched out it will be sagging and unable to work properly, then you will not be able to hold urine at all and you will be wearing a diaper. I held it to long alot as a teenager and by the time I was 35 I couldn't hold it at all, so I advise you don't follow this practice, unless you look forward to wearing a diaper at a much earlier age, believe me it sucks.

No, it is impossible for your bladder to break. Your bladder is made up of cells that can grow and expand kind of like your skin. Think about it, your are a lot bigger than you were when you were born so as you get bigger your skin also has to get bigger. so, when your body produces urine your bladder will increase in size in order to hold the urine, like your skin growing to cover all of your body. Like your skin, your bladder cannot break, but if you hold it for too long you may end up with an infection.

A full bladder can be as painful as an appendicitis attack. and if I were you I wouldn't make a habit of it. No it won;t break - it's a muscle by the way - you'll let it go eventually. But you could get infections holding it in too long - so pee as soon as you feel the need to. please....

well, you shouldn't hold in your urine too often, that can cause bladder infections as well as urinary tract infections at times *OUCH!*
You body needs to be rid of the excess fluid, and if you have control of your bladder muscles and are able to stop yourself from wetting involuntarily, you will begin to sweat, not a pretty image, huh? sweating pee...

It will eventually wear your muscles down. This isn't something you'll notice for awhile. But when you get to be older, you will have a weaker bladder earlier.
