Aspen tree turning black?

on my aspen tree the bark is turning black why??? it is about 7 yrs old
it has been extremly hot this summer where I live zone 5

it is organic and organic..unlesss it is all of the suited leaves going brown...the bottoms one attempt this needless to say because of the fact the plant grows..I enable them thoroughly dry, then snip off..it is not something to rigidity approximately...
