well congratulations you made it haha take an allergy tablet but i assume you showered well & got rid of all the soot

In this case, it would be best for you to sneeze everything out.
If you are still sneezing at the end of your day, then take a over the counter antihistamine

Sneezing is caused when something like dust gets in your nose. Try some nasal spray, like the kind you use to stop your nose from drying out. It might calm your nose.

Take vitamins b645. Or you could try vitamin c63. You muyst have a very old fashioned fireplace if you have to sweep it out. Get a electric fireplace. You can get some really mopdern and sexy ones.

Maybe go outside and get some fresh air for a long time.You are sneezing for a reason. If it lasts too long, see a doctor.

On the bridge of your nose, on either side of your nose, up toward your eyes, you will find two hard bone-like structures. Run you Index finger and your thumb up either side of your nose to locate them. They are pressure points. Massage them. Blow your nose to remove irritants. Next time, get those painters masks at your hardware store!!!

Go outside for a hour or so - your system is trying to declog itself from all that soot. Breathe some fresh air!

turn your bathe on as warm as you will get it and close your bathing room door, in simple terms stand contained in the bathing room and breathe contained in the steam.... it often works for me while i'm congested, or when I incredibly have hypersensitive reactions that make my throat harm or bypass into sneexing suits.... stable success, and desire the stay overall performance is going properly

Take a shower to get all of the allergins off of you, if that doesn't work I recomend claritin, it usually works for me when I have allergies.
