Just seeing how they measure up? Aren't most guys competitive by nature? They must want to know how they compare.

No, all men are not bi. This is a wild over generalization and a bad stereotype. Are men interested in sex? Sure, but few choose to act on the impulse.

Probably contrast and comparison. The same reason women size each other up at social gatherings. It's a matter of establishing "pecking order" (pun intended).

maybe curiosity, or a felling of bisexuality in some part of the brain or even jealousy, but most of all comparing

Comparisson factor, some of course are bisexual.
I myself cannot stop from glancing - I get busted all the time and normally just get a friendly grin in return. Looking does n't hurt anyone!

well it's just insecurity. men are egoistic in nature and if he see somebody who is a threat to his "superiority" he checks him out. find flaws in him or just feel inferior.
