Comparisson factor, some of course are bisexual.
I myself cannot stop from glancing - I get busted all the time and normally just get a friendly grin in return. Looking does n't hurt anyone!

well it's just insecurity. men are egoistic in nature and if he see somebody who is a threat to his "superiority" he checks him out. find flaws in him or just feel inferior.
