If you violated a restraining order, that usually falls within the category of actions that are considered domestic violence. It's called harassment or stalking in many states.

Breaking the law is breaking the law. If you violated the protective order repeatedly, the law is going to treat you as a repeat offender.

I am going to give you very clear advice. All a person has to feel is intimidated by you whether it is words or physical and that's the truth. The system is even more biased if you are a man. So instead of trying to figure out why it is like that, believe me that your best bet is to cut bait and run.
You can catch feelings about it or catch a case...you choose.

No threat ? Then how do you explain 4 violations, that shows a lack of self control and disregard of a court order. Your actions speak loud and clear, better re-think your position and get a grip !!!

They have a restraining order on you, you are required by law to stay away from her.

each time you come over it's a violation.

It could be worse my ex had the abortion instead.
