Why do great super power empires fall?

The govt becomes corrupt, and the people become weak, lazy, and soft. When an empire begins to use too many foreign troops to fight its wars, eventually those foreigners will rebell. Rome got soft and was conquered by barbarians whom they had allowed to immigrate into the Roman empire. They trained the barbarians to fight for Rome, but they turned on Rome and destroyed the Western Empire.

In the USA we are getting much too soft, and most citizens are no longer willing to fight for their country. We have a professional military with many foreigners in it. We have allowed tens of millions of Mexicans to immigrate into our country, even though we know that they consider the southwest US states as their territory. The US empire will end for the same reasons as the Roman Empire fell. The hordes of illegals in our country will take over the southwestern states and effectively separate that part of the country from the USA.

The only way to stop this is too deport the illegals, allow much less legal immigration, secure our borders, and insist that all immigrants assimilate to our culture which includes learning English. Our govt will not take these steps unless patriotic Americans demand it!

This continues until the population rises up in protest, or until the country becomes so weakened by political bickering that it falls apart or is toppled by external forces.
