Why do the niceties of civil liberties get in the way of doing so many things to bring ths great country back?

I'm not sure what you mean by the "niceties of civil liberties".

The Constitution mandates a whole bunch of things that fall under the category of civil liberties. Those aren't niceties -- those are our highest laws.

But there are also things like political correctness and other concern for form over substance that sometimes get called "civil liberties". In reality, they have nothing to do with liberty. They are only put in place because people are afraid of the truth, and afraid of hurting other people's feelings by being honest. And that type of deception and dissemblng gets in the way of open and honest discussions.

Its not civil liberates it the idiotic lawyers and organizations like, move on, aclu, and so many others, that think that EVERYONE should have AMERICAN rights. The butcher in Guantanamo bay are a fine example, anyone who thinks they should have rights of a lawyer, and a jury are just stupid. If you think taping a call from the us, to a country that we KNOW has terrorist connections is an intrusion, tuff, who cares, if you aren't saying something illegal then why get so worried about it.

I know exaclty what you're talking about. All these liberals craying about their rights. It annoys me so much. Don't they know they only have these right because their leaders are nice enough to give them the rights? Seriously the world would be a better place if we could round up everyone who is not a true american (anyone who questions our president) and ship them all off to some commie contry where they can be happy.
