After all of my searching I have found that HammerLane Trucking Software to be the best. It tracks everything from pick ups and deliveries to how I get paid and when I get paid. It will also invoice my customers and provides a P&L and also creates an Income and expence report for my accountant. Now I am not paying a CPA to go through my shoebox full of receipts. An excel spreadsheet is to limited for all the tracking that a truck driver needs to do.

Try at www.downloads.com

I think I saw something for truckers on there [software]. Can't guarantee it is free but maybe shareware. Maybe even you will have to combine one or two things there, but browse around there.

Best of luck to you!

You can do that on a spreadsheet.
Do you use Excel?
