A picture of the hearts position can be found at:

Structure
In the human body, the heart is usually situated in the middle of the thorax with the largest part of the heart slightly to the left (although sometimes it is on the right, see dextrocardia), underneath the breastbone. The heart is usually felt to be on the left side because the left heart (left ventricle) is stronger (it pumps to all body parts). The left lung is smaller than the right lung because the heart occupies more of the left hemithorax. The heart is enclosed by a sac known as the pericardium and is surrounded by the lungs. The pericardium is a double membrane structure containing a serous fluid to reduce friction during heart contractions. The mediastinum, a subdivision of the thoracic cavity, is the name of the heart cavity.

The vast majority of humans have their heart on the left side of their body.
However, a small fraction of people have a condition known as "situs inversus totalis", or "total organ inversion", where all their organs are mirror images of a normal set. In this case, their heart and stomach are on the right side, and their appendix is on the left side.

No--we're all human beings. There are some people with their hearts on the right side, but only a small percentage of the population. A friend who is a cardiac RN told me that.

Not completely all human beings have their heart on their left side of the chest. In a pair of mirror twins, the right reflection of the left twin has all his/her organs location reflected.

No, It's on the left. Organ position is not different between sexes. Just organ type--as in gonads.

It doesn't matter what gender you are; the heart is where it is in the human body.....left of center.
