With a heat index of over 100 today where I live, I am trying to simply avoid the heat by staying indoors and drinking lots of ice water. How hot is it where you are, and how are you dealing with the heat?

take a cool shower when i get home to get the icky feel of stickiness from humidity off me, where light clothing, crank the AC and eat icecream - yum

Today it's supposed to rain, but it's been hot. The wind has been good. I just go out. At camp I make sure to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated throughout the day.

What heat? It's like 80-90 here. Just stay inside and wear jeans and a sweatshirt!

I'm in middle Tennessee and it's hot here too. I stay in where it's cool or hit my pool till the water gets to warm

In Montreal, it can be 90 with humidity one day, and drop 20 degrees the next day - we soak it up as much as we can. Pools and beaches thrive. Summer is too short

Easy for you to say, I haven't had an air conditioner all this summer - I'm usually in my barn where it's nice and cool; and I get to work with my horses...so...I'm coping rather well!
