All the ones I've seen will let you buy something and change keys as you like, but will then only let you print it out. They won't let you keep a copy of it.

Run a search for "online sheet music" and several places will pop up [I can't recall the names of any at the moment, although "Sheet Music Plus" is ringing a soft bell].

While it is possible that they could send you an email with the link to the PDF of the music, it is very very unlikely. I have had experience with JW Pepper before, and I'm pretty sure they will send you the sheet music via postal service.
