I have someone giving out personal information(not social security # or any of that) that I do not want a public forum to know about? He has been calling people from my town, and have been asking them if they know personal things about me, and if they would care to share it, so he can post it on a public forum. He isn't releasing things that I've done that is illegal, but personal things like what I do on my spare time, what car I drive, and all that crap. I do not want this person to release this to the public, and he continues to do it. Is there any way I can put a lawsuit against this person?
