Both. Water has to be hot, the bathroom steams up before I'm even in the shower, and then it's get the job done. I never timed myself, but it's usually 2 songs off the radio, so maybe 8 minutes?

I prefer a bubble bath. Hot showers mack me light headed and a little faintish. Same if my bath is too hot.
