The reason I'm asking is that under Entertainment > Movies > Section the audience answering and asking questions are more passive. Meaning that they are not involved in creating cinema only in watching it. Why doesn't Yahoo create a section for the people who want to contribute to the Arts through cinema?

Probably because there is a Movie section under the Entertainment & Music section.

Addition - Sorry, I cannot answer your second question. That would make sense to people who would want that kind of category. Maybe you should email the powers that be and ask them to put that category in, but be warned, there are some people who would probably use it just like the Movie category and you would get stupid questions.

I am happy that Yahoo have kept cinema OUT from the Arts and Humanities section

Cinema is neither Art nor Humanity..

cinema is just form of entertainment for tired minds
cinema shows unrealistic things, goals and some times anti society also..

Art is pro society, pro individual it enhances life positive
