true.there are several regions of replication, noted by start and stop codons, (special sequence of amino bases) where the replication starts. Ribosomes replicate everything that is beetwen a start and stop codon. it would take to long if there was only one region-the human DNA is approximately 5m long.
and when double helix splits in the middle for replication, one side also replicates slower and in smaller parts, also known as Okazaki fragments, because the lines of the double helix are not symetricaly built, but one line is turned upside down. DNA transcriptase, polymerase, ligaze and several other encymes cooperate in the procedure of DNA replication with ribosomes in order to split, slice, and glue the DNA

If replication only started at one point, it would take a loooonnnng time to finish, so....
The question is about human DNA replication. Note that in eubacteria, there is a single origin of replication (oriC). The answer is A. In humans, there are multiple origins of replication.
Also, the enzyme that does DNA replication is DNA polymerase.

I learned that DNA replication is a process much like an assembly line. The double strand is un-zipped, m-rna and t-rna along with DNA transcriptase creates a new copy.

The DNA molecule is unzipped. The "sense strand" of the DNA is the one transcribed. Transcription begins at the "start codon" and ends at the "stop codon". The resulting mRNA that was transcribed will later be translated into an amino acid sequence which will later be processed into a protein.
