Well I love onion rings the best but I actually break them up and pull out the onion, then I just eat the batter. My husband hates it but I like the slight onion flavour without the harsh onion taste. Also I don't use any dip or sauce or anything, naked onion rings are fine for me!

I always go with the fries, maybe 0nce or twice a year I have a taste for onion rings (it's the bad breath thing you know)
