Oh yes they sure can, mine are very sensitive.
Now you must take note that after a breast reduction it could take up to or OVER a year to get it back!

Yes definetely. I had sensitve nipples before my surgery and was worried what would happen. Since my op I have regained my sensitivity and arousal. My sensations came back in one nipple after 5 days and then in the other after 2 weeks- 3 months on they are still fine.

its possible...but it is also possible that there may be some loss of sensation. I had a reduction 11 years ago and within the last couple of years the feeling has completely returned. Every surgery will be different but it is a risk. The benefits of the overall procedure for me outweighed the risk.
