Examine the slide of monocotyledon and dicotyledon under low and high power microscope.
the slide that we use is citrus(dicot) leaf and corn(monocot) leaf.
should we answer the question by compare the citrus n corn leaf?

corn = monocot
citrus = diacot

If you're examining a slide, the biggest difference will be that the monocot (corn) has parallel veins, and the dicot (citrus) will have branching veins. If it's a homework question, it probably has something to do with that.

monocotyledon leaf is the leaf which has 1 cotyledon while dicotyledon is the cotyledon which has 2 cotyledons.
