Give me cold weather any day... if I am cold, I can put on enough clothes or wrap up in a blanket to get warm, but if I am hot, I cannot seem to take off enough to get cool...

Neither. I am a Spring and Fall person. In Winter it was so cold that my fingers and toes froze, even with boots and gloves, and I could not move them. So I moved to a warmer clime and now It gets so hot in the summer (113 once) that
the insects don't die, my skin burns, and I become lethargic.
I know what you will say, But I cannot afford San Diego.

If I had to choose then cold weather!
It's always hot here in California which sometimes sucks. :(

Cold weather because you can always generate your own heat.

Both.if we only have cold weather, we could not compare it and vice versa.
everything in this world comes in two different things.woman and man.good and bad.new and young.its our purpose to think and choose what is the better for us.

Moved from the D.C. area to New England and it sucks this year. Too cold and no summer. I hate wearing too many clothes.
