here, go 2 the gym, lift weights, run and other stuff. then go drink a protein shake and eat as much protein as u can. my freind gained 5 pounds by drinking protein shakes

It all depends on how old you are. If you are in high school I would reccomend hitting the gym and eating 1.5 times your weight in protein everyday you lift. I'd reccomend GNC Whey protein. If you're not in high school yet then stay away from weight lifting, it could stunt your growth.

How about playing in a lower league closer to your weight? You aren't going to put on much weight prior to the season, so switch leagues before you get yourself hurt.
