Based on his SAT and other test scores, I can reasonably conclude that the average American, let alone the average 12-15 year old, does not have a higher IQ than George W. Bush.
Now that's not to say that I like him, agree with him or voted for him. But let's be real - these inflammatory questions often make irrational assertions that just don't hold up to real evidence. And if you're giving me a thumbs down, it's because you hate Bush (that's fine), and insist on assuming the worst of him in every instance, however ridiculous. That's kind of shameful. Let's have a real discussion about the problems associated with Bush's administration, not waste time on this kind of B.S. about IQs.

I think President Bush has an IQ of 110 or so, higher than average, so NO, the average 12-15 year old in America is either on par with or below the president's intelligence level.
On a scale for Wisdom, however, (and for which there is no measuring tool), I would rate President Bush very highly. I think the president sees "beyond the horizon" and that many Americans do not. They just see the war and do not like it.

From what I've read, the answer is No. You chose an easy demographic to beat, however: average 12 to 15 year olds, if you really mean average in the IQ sense.
Catering to certain political interests and to elements of a political base such as his, however, could have a diluting effect on an already only moderately impressive IQ. And post-SAT alcohol might have damaged a few too many brain cells? I jest to an extent. (What about that Rumsfeld?)
Incidentally, Gore scored higher than Bush, per the sources which claimed to have access to their respective test (SAT and other) scores.

Bush is more Intelligent than than all of the Liberal news media and the Hollywood elite put together.
Do you think you are smarter than President Bush? Can you prove it if you think you are?
If you were President and the U.S. were attacked again would you: A run like Bill Clinton did? or go after them like Bush did? Mind you we have not had another attack since 9/11 with Bush. But under Bill Clinton there was one on our home soil and two on our embassies and one on a naval ship.

Well yes, I would be very disappointed if my daughters were this stupid and stubborn. After seven years of this president and administration I finally don't trust my own government anymore. I have never got to that level. But they don't respond at all to ordinary people, are as elitist as Tories were in the Revolutionary War, and most have the strategic sense of a donkey. I notice the terror alerts go up everytime they go down in the polls as well. So I am starting to get cynical on that as well. I also nearly always vote (R). This is just not my brand of (R). The last intelligent and honest member of our current administration was Colin Powell in my opinion and he had the decency to resign as gracefully as possible. Like Abe Lincoln said "you can fool some of the people all the time, you can fool all the people some of the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time!" We have just got to that point with this bunch. They don't realize it.

This is ABSOLUTELY TRUE - And the funniest thing I have ever seen.
Try to follow me:
Genius level IQ is 160
The average American IQ is 114
Mental Retardation is 70
George W. Bush scored a 91 on his federally issued IQ exam.
Therefore: He is closer (my 2 points) to MENTAL RETARDATION than he is the average american.
Oh, and 69 points below Genius.

Bush is a very intelligent man and severely educated. He's also an over-privileged brat that was never taught to accept responsibility for his own actions. all-in-all, he has all the makings of a menace and a tyrant.
I would be disappointed if my children were as ignorant (not stupid) as ol' Curious George

Wow what an intelligent question....He is very intelligent, regardless of what you think or say. Anyone, regardless of party who can become president must be intelligent. You are the person with less intelligence however.
