are we able to browse and send emails with wifi and small downloads from a mobile or a pda

if yes have u experienced it?

and incase u r using it is it really worth it?
for samll browsing and things because wifi device (pda | mobiles) are costly
incase u are using one of the wifi mobiles please mention me the one which u use as well as please tell me one good device for buying probabily a mobile or a pda but not to costly also

You need it only you must check emails and the web on the go, at airports or at other wi-fi hotspots (even at home if you have a wireless router).

It is also handy if you need to look up a map quickly when you are on the go on mapquest or google.

Wi-fi uses up your battery, so when not in use I turn mine off on the smartphone.

well i hav a wifi psp and i dont have wifi at home so if thers no wifi connection around you like me it isnt useful u can google for wifi near u aswell

well it all depends on your use.. but for me, i think it's useless.. like you mentioned.. it's costly to use wifi or wireless connection in your pda or mobiles..

sometime i need an urgent email to be sent, but no computer close by :O!!! or, i need to look something up real fast, YET, NO COMPUTER NEAR BY!!!! OH NOES.. Sidekick, tmobile. nice...

unfortunatly web browsing/email cost extra...

there are none that are cost-effective. If you are looking for quality though, get an iPhone.
