Talk and then be silent. Silence is a way we forget. Did I forget to also say, when your mind brings up that so called person, think about some compliments you've had from others and write down how you have been blessed by God. These things I've done, and it worked.

I believe it will depend on what part of the pain is your blame and which part is theirs but to sI'mply answer your question i will opt for im the wronged part. for a broken heart time and prayer, not every thing is gone you are still here the earth is moving the sun is going to come out you can make it if you want to.,at this moment your probably feeling broken not sure if you matter trust that you do. take a walk ,talk to friends begin to seek yourself and learn from this relationship that you have ended you can be a blessing try to remember that ,you matter . if you caused the hurt and are now regretful the same applies if your into hurting others be careful just as the earth is round so are bad intentions they always return to sender its just a matter of time..God bless.

Mainly it's Time, baby girl. Cry when you have to, keep yourself busy if you can, hang out with your friends, and let the time pass.
It's true, that old saying about healing all wounds although you might want to consider that some injuries, like those of the heart can leave deep scars even though they've closed.
Love = Risk. And possible loss.
Not Loving = An empty heart.
It's up to you to choose.

take time to think back about the relationship and what really when wrong. Dont just focus on the main part, the part that broke you two up think of the whole relationship. Spend a few days weeks to 'think'. Than once your done your next relationship should be better because you'd know what you actually want/need in a man and also in a relationship. Quickly jumping into another relationship isn't the way to go because that would be more emotions that your not ready for the the "buddy scene" no deff. not because you do need that commitment and trust.

time is the only thing I know of that really heals a broken heart!

OF course there are other antidotes that help also depending on the situation, and if your the vengeance vindictive type (which can help cuz time passes so slow at the beginning stages of a broken heart)

Embrace your heartache. What did you learn from the relationship? If you can't come up with any answers, take a vacation away with a friend you can confide in. Before you come back make sure you've vented all of your hurt and frustration and close the door on that chapter in your life. Look at this as a new beginning.
