Post the emergency contact numbers where they can easily be found. Why? Cause when they find you passed out, they're going to need some numbers to call. (Incidentally, "big" grapes are big due to water content...)
Anything under 500 calories *a day* for an inactive (sedentary) person is a starvation situation, and you will burn muscle before fat, and your body will start to digest itself. Anything under 1000 calories for a moderately active person is risky, and for a highly active person...let's put it this way. A few years ago, some hyper-fit cyclists were doing some training on Crete...they were eating 10,000+ calories a day, and barely keeping mass!
Lastly, unless you are obscenely obese, loosing more than 1 kilo a week (just over 2 pounds), can lead to permanent systemic damage...especially if you are going to keep-up the diet for a duration, or repeat it (yo-yo dieting). The cardiac damage that can happen is among the most dangerous.
If you need (or just want) to loose weight, consult with your doctor and request a referral to a licensed dietician. Avoid fad diets...they can (and have) kill(ed).

If that is your entire caloric intake, with doing a three hour workout, you will make yourself ill if you do that every day.
It is good to lose the extra pounds, however you must do it sensibly. Talk to your doctor, or perhaps a personal trainer who can explain how to go about losing weight in a healthy sensible way
Good luck.

so ur question is...if u want me to analyze that then id say u better start eating proper bc the way ur going is toward malnutrition....80 calories a day is abnormal...even if u bring ur calores below 2000 its good but the only healthy way to lose weight is excercise with a healthy diet.

Good for you!! You'll be so skinny so soon. I'm so proud of you! Keep up the good work! But you do need to eat more in order to function properly! Eat at least a 1000 calories a day but maybe eat lot of veggies!

honey, that doens't sound healthy. believe it or not, you need at least 1000 calories a day to function properly. without enough calories, your body can't do its normal functions. you may become irritable and tired, as well as hungry.
and you can lose more than a pound a day WITHOUT dieting as long as you're working out as much as you say you are.
just please be careful. it seems like you really aren't eating enough.
