This is about my husband and yes he was fired do to not working fast enough and not makeing productive. That is part of the Learing disablity.. He was labled that back in Elem School.

If they have not been informed of your disability before they fire you, you would have a hard time arguing that you should be protected. As far as before you were hired, I wouldn't think so. It would be illegal for them to not hire you because of the disability, so you should not have to tell them of it before being hired.

its tricky, but i would still consult a laywer, but only if you were fired due to the disability
