We got our Qwest phone bill & I didn't even notice it @ first,but then I did a few months worths of payments to them? They have nothing to do w/Qwest that I do know~But if their on your phone bill & they say they have nothing to do w our/long distance,then what do they have to do with our Qwest's phone bill then~? Answers very much appreciated : ) ~Thanks~

They are a billing service. Some merchant provided you with goods or services, and, instead of paying them directly by credit/debit card, you authorized them to add it to your phone bill. (At least they claim you did.) Did you call 900- or 976- numbers? Did you give your phone number to an internet service?
