Depending on what you want to do I think? You must find a website of United Nations, and see what job's are avaiable. And than I assume, that you just go through the normal application process. It surely helps speaking multiple languages. I do not know what an UG course is.

Right. That's why the U.N has been so great at stopping genocide worldwide since it's first days. They can't even get the countries together to help eradicate malaria let alone people like Saddam Hussein. Just blame it on religion to push an anti- God and America message to the rest of the world. Religion also needs to understand that self preservation of the society at whole is more important the religious rights in today's world of terrorism. Look at how Islam terrorist have no problem with Hijab wearing woman suicidal bombers anymore.
