It's my grandmother's birthday party and i'm looking for some ideas like games and other stuff to keep the guests entertained and to ensure everyone has a good time. Do you know any games that older people like?? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated...

A tea party with different tea cups and fancy finger food is fun! A little music playing on a record player. Have everyone wear their Sunday clothes. Make it like a trip back in time, when everything was so much more simple. I think she would enjoy that.

Musical Chairs: You put say you have 30 guests, then you put 25 chairs in a circle facing outwards, you have everyone on the outside of the circle and play a melody so they walk, dance around in a circle, you then turn the music down after about 20 - 30 seconds and they have to go and sit down now 5 will miss a sit, so those you miss a sit go and sit down, away from the game, then you pull out 2 chairs and continue until there is only 1 chair left with 2 people standing, the winner is the one who sits on the chair last. It's fun

Make up your own trivia game about your Grandmother. Sit with her for a half an hour and ask questions about her life. Ask even the ones you're sure you know the answers to, just to sure you've got your facts right. Then put together a sheet of questions about your Grandmother for each guest and have them fill them out during the party. Pick a time to have all the answers in and check them over. Go over the correct - and funniest - answers with the whole party. Give out prizes for best - and correct - answers!

I did this for my Mom's 65th birthday and it was a HUGE hit!

Everybody likes board games! if you have anything like memory, labyrinth, parcheesey (idk how to spell that one), or backyard croquet, or like a volleyball or anything to just fool around with you'd be surprised how much some adults take to that stuff. Trivial persuit is fun, too. And if you have any video game systems, shout about movies is like the ideal party game =)

Find music from when she was younger and have that playing in the background.

You should be a bit more specific when you say older.
