I'm going against the crowd here and voting Footloose. Don't get me wrong, Dirty Dancing is great, but that super-corn "Nobody puts Baby in the corner" line pushed it over the edge for me

If you like music I guess both movies would be for you. Dirty Dancing does seem to have more dancing involved than Footloose. I haven't seen either one in a long time.

Dirty Dancing hands down. I've only seen Footloose one time and that was enough for me. I love Kevin Bacon but that movie sucked.

Very tough question. I think I'm going to go with "Footloose" on this one. I grew up watching them both, but "Footloose" just speaks to me a little more. The whole idea of small towns and stupid rules and that whole thing. Plus, "Dirty Dancing" has been spoofed, talked about, and redone too many times. At this point, it's just a cliche.

Dirty Dancing...Kevin Bacon is a lame actor so I couldn't deal with Footloose.
