I see the picture from sports on yahoo that when a player has been pick up then get new uniform and regualr hat.

NFL, NBA, and NHL have their own draft hats as different design model of hats every year.

This year was the first year that MLB decided to have the draft live on TV. They were more concerned with how it would run, since it has always been a long process...much longer of a draft than any other sport.
So they put their concentration into putting on a good show, rather than worrying about having a guy put on a special hat.
Maybe in years to come, if they continue to show the draft on TV, then that will happen. But for now, it's brand new, so a lot can be changed with it each year.

Basketball players go directly from college to the NBA and there is a lot of fan interest in the draft. Baseball players go to the minor leagues and it could be years before they get to the majors and there is no interest in the draft. Two different sports with different methods of coming to the highest level of competition. No hats needed for baseball because no one cares.

Why should baseball care about, or mindlessly copy, things done by the lesser sports?
