if the cd of webcam is installed, why the comp.dont find the webcam?

when i installed the cd of web cam i tryied to make a test, but the computer said i dont have a videocapture hardware.

Check Device manager and see if you have Imaging Device listed with no Red X on it or Yellow circle with exclamation point, check to see if it is installed and working properly. It sounds like to me that your driver for the web cam isn't installed.

Make sure it's plugged into your computer.

Restart your machine with the device plugged in.

If that doesn't work, try another USB port.
