BECAUSE HE IS IN THIS COUNTRY ILLEGALLY.SEND THEM TO THEIR COUNTRY TO BE TRIED OR HUNG.

ok there illegal thats a crime already
including another crime on top of that , maybe they wud do have the time in the country they committed the offence and the rest in their home country
