so I've been dieting and excersing and I either stay the same or gain a few. at first I thought it was just muscle but why are my clothes tighter not loose? what can I do?

You may need to reevaluate your diet - its entirely possible to gain weight by eating too LITTLE, especially if you're exercising.

check out sparkpeople.com, they can give you a calorie range based on your goals, height, weight, activity level, etc. They have an optional meal plan and a fitness program as well, and its all free :) (tell them isabellaj referred you!)

If you weren't too large to begin with them you might be gaining muscle instead of losing fat. and muscle can appear more big and bulky than fat sometimes.

Muscles weigh more than fat, you're weight will increase but you will look trimmer. Do you have any health problems?
