I hate Nancy Grace...she convicts the person before they are even found guilty...he won't go to jail because there is no physical evidence of him being at a dog fight...they are just going after him because of who he is....VA baby
Don't get me wrong i don't think what he MIGHT have done is ok...but really people think about it...he'll get some high paid attorney, the charges will be dismissed and he'll pay a small fine. Thats how it is...Mark my word.

Vick has been indicted of dog fighting on a Federal Grand Jury case. In recent years, over 90% of people indicted by a Federal Grand Jury have been convicted of the crimes accused of. Also, the term "conspiracy" has been thrown around in this case, which means That Michael Vick never had to participate in raising the dogs, gambling, or attending any of the dog fights but is still responsible for the people who did conduct the fights because he knew about it and did nothing to stop it. Vick is looking as serious jail time if convicted, anywhere from 5-20 years in jail. Also, because of the alledged gambling that's been going on, Roger Goodell, the NFL Commisioner, might look to give Vick a life long ban from the NFL, a similar case back in 1986 when Art Schlicther, a Quarterback for the former Baltimore Colts, was banned for life because of gambling on NFL games in enormous amounts. Eyewitnesses have said Vick has been a "heavyweight" in the fighting and gambling aspects. Barring some type of miracle where he's not convicted, not banned for life, he could be serving no less than a year suspension without the right to appeal to possibly reduce it, lots of community service, and will likely have to repay a lot of the signing bonus he got with his huge contract.
Quite frankly I don't even think zero completly describes Michael Vick right now.

I have to say, Zero, but I doubt he'll go to jail. Not the he doesn't deserve to, but I hope his career will be over. The only thing really known at the moment is what the indictment says. The government has a strong case against someone but whether it has real evidence that a good defense can't break against Vick himself will wait to be seen.
Look at the OJ case.
The best thing about this, is that it brings the issue to national attention in a way no other has done. There were 30 raids in Louissiana last year. Did you hear of them? It is a good thing they were able to attach the name of a national figure to this issue.

I was looking up stupid in the dictionary and guess what I found? Nancy Grace's picture! Her and Michael Vick would make good cell partners in jail: one for being guilty of being stupid and the other for being an accessory after the fact of the other being stupid. He's such a Zero.....may those dogs rest in peace.

Mike Vick is an idiot, but so is Nancy Grace...If you remember she had the Duke Lacrosse team tried and convicted as soon as the story broke, then when the truth came out she just happened to be off that day!
That being said, if the allegations are true about old Ron Mexico (search it), then I will never watch NFL again if they don't suspend him from the league for life!

Zero! He makes all that money and he needs to run dog fights? Don't like Nancy Grace so I didn't see it but I can imagine what she was saying--Has anyone ever told her that in the USA people are INNOCENT until proven guilty.

I don't think he'll go to jail, but he does have a pretty good chance of getting suspended from the NFL. His career might be over as we know it. :(
"We are disappointed that Michael Vick has put himself in a position where a federal grand jury has returned an indictment against him. We will continue to closely monitor developments in this case, and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities. The activities alleged are cruel, degrading and illegal. Michael Vick's guilt has not yet been proven, and we believe that all concerned should allow the legal process to determine the facts. The matter will be reviewed under the League's Personal Conduct Policy. "
