Yes, of course knowing that she would require you to wait a while also, but not necessarily for marriage, just to lay out a solid relationship before introducing the physical aspects? What would you do if she told you this?

Happy laid out a good point, in addition. What if you were a divorced man? Would it change your perspective from if you were young and never married, and how?

That's the kind of girl we need more of in this world, rather than the nasty ho's our colleges manufacture these days...props to her, don't let her go!

When I was a young man looking for a wife, yes, I would have waited. Two friends of mine, a male and a female, were actually both virgins when they married, although they were a bit younger than you, 22 I think. These days, I think it's a lot more rare.
I am not in the market for an exclusive relationship because I already have one (married for 21 years). If I were suddenly single today, no, I would not enter into an exclusive relationship under the conditions you lay out. Funny how the passage of time changes one's attitudes, isn't it? As I am now, I wouldn't be patient enough to wait long for sex. I would respectfully wish you well with your life and find me someone who likes sex and knows it.

That depends on how long I have to wait. I would say no more than 1 year, then this relationship has to move on to next level: either marriage or physical. I cannot wait 2-3 years just to find out she is not the right person for me. Beside, it does not take that long to lay out a solid relationship. You two either clicked or not.

If there is no promise of marriage and no possibility of sex outside of marriage. Then this is too much insecurity and uncertainty for a guy. And the girl would have to be extremely good-looking to be able to impose such unfavorable conditions on her guy.
When there is plenty of competition and there are plenty of women willing to have sex and to get married. Then it doesn't make sense for a guy to wait for something that may or may not happen, unless the girl is extremely good-looking, or the guy is very religious and doesn't believe in sex outside of marriage.
